2. What is a Yoga Teacher Training Course?

A Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is a special program that helps you learn a lot about yoga. It covers topics like yoga philosophy, how your body works, ways to teach and even meditation. Completing this course makes you a certified yoga teacher and also helps you grow as a person by giving you useful tools. It's like a journey of learning and self-discovery!

3. Who can join a Yoga TTC?

Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC's) welcome everyone, whether you're just starting or have lots of experience. Some people take these courses to become yoga teachers, but many also do it for their personal practice, to learn more and understand better everything around Yoga or as a self development moment for yourself. All you need is a love for yoga and a curiosity to explore its different parts.

4. How long does a typical Yoga TTC last?

In our 200-hour course, you'll spend two weeks learning, and for the 300-hour course, it's three weeks.  Your success in teaching yoga is our priority!

5. What topics are covered in our Yoga TTC?

Our comprehensive Yoga TTC covers a range of topics, including yoga philosophy, asanas (postures), anatomy, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, teaching methodologies, and ethics. We approach these subjects from a place of believing in yourself, fostering personal growth without stress, and encouraging you to grow day by day.

6. How do I choose the right Yoga TTC for me?

When choosing the right Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC), it’s important to consider a few key factors to ensure it’s a perfect fit for you. First, check how many students are in each class. A smaller group size, ideally no more than 10 students per teacher, allows for more personal attention, adjustments, and support—crucial for your growth as a future teacher.

Location can play an essential role in choosing the right Teacher Training Course. A clean, safe, and supportive environment is key, as it provides a comfortable base for learning and personal growth. Will you be staying in cozy, comfortable rooms? Do the rooms have private bathrooms, or will you need to share with several others? High-quality rooms with attached bathrooms and comfortable beds can be especially valuable after intensive practice, supporting physical recovery and relaxation.

For accessibility, consider whether the school is well connected by public transportation, especially if you plan to explore the surrounding area during your free time. Proximity to natural attractions, such as beaches, can also enhance the experience, allowing you to balance focused training with moments of peaceful relaxation in nature.

Finally, ensure that the yoga spaces are well-designed for a range of weather conditions. A shala with views, while protected from direct sun and wind, can provide an ideal setting for practice. When combined, these factors create an optimal learning environment that aligns with both your educational needs and personal comfort preferences.

Additionally, look at the yoga styles offered and see if they align with what you want to teach or deepen in your own practice. Make sure the school is Yoga Alliance certified and see if they offer continued support even after the course is done.

Reading reviews, talking to past students, and getting a feel for the people behind the school will give you more insight into the vibe and whether it resonates with you. There’s no one “best” yoga school—what matters is finding one that matches your personal needs, values, and vision.
